We care about beautiful cookware that will last you a lifetime. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the warranty information that comes with your Essteele product, all our cookware comes with our Essteele lifetime guarantee, which is designed to ensure that you can get the most out of your cookware by ensuring that it is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic household use for the lifetime of the Product. If the warranty information that comes with your Essteele product specifies that the product has a limited warranty, your product is guaranteed to the extent and/or time period stated, and you should refer to the product's warranty information for further details in this regard.

If you think any of your Essteele products have a manufacturer defect please click the order concern form below and fill out or you may directly email us at shop.crescendo@crescendo.ph. You may be asked to return the product to any Crescendo branch for our quality assurance team so please retain the defective product until the warranty claim is closed. Expect to hear from us within 2-5 business days.

*PLEASE NOTE: If you received a damaged product purchased from other authorized retailers, online or brick and mortar, you will need to return damaged product to their original place of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions
Your product's warranty does not apply where:
• The damage to or the defect in the Product is caused by normal wear and tear;
• The Product has been on-sold or assigned by the original purchaser;
• The Product has been used for any purpose other than normal domestic household use;
• The Product has been used for purposes other than the purpose for which it was designed;
• The Product has been repaired by someone other than Essteele or an authorized repairer of Essteele;
• The Product has been subject to abnormal conditions, whether of temperature, water, humidity, pressure, stress excess weight or similar;
• Corrosive or abrasive matter has been applied to the Product;
• The defect in the Product has arisen due to the original purchaser's failure to properly maintain, clean or use the Product in accordance with the Use and Care Instructions specified by Essteele;
• The Product has been misused, abused, neglected or involved in an accident, such as dropping the Product.
• The Purchaser is unable to provide valid proof of purchase.

Further, your product's warranty does not cover scratches, stains, discoloration or damage caused by overheating.

Carl Schmidt Sohn

Carl Schmidt Sohn guarantees the handles, body, knobs, lids and fixings of this cooking product from the date of purchase for a period of 12 months against any manufacturing defects. The non-stick coating is guaranteed for the life of the cookware specifically against blistering or peeling. The non-stick coating complies with regulations covering materials in contact with food.

The following points are NOT COVERED by the warranty stated above:
Damage caused by incorrect or professional use.
Damage caused by knocking or dropping the product.
Stains, scratches or discoloration that occur inside or outside of the product due to normal usage.

We at Crescendo, stand by the quality of our products and our strict procedures when it comes to shipping your items out but occasionally, a defective item slips past our quality controls. If you are accepting a delivery, please inspect the item carefully upon receipt and if possible, record a video or take photos of the package being opened. If you see that your parcel/item is damaged, please click the order concern form below and fill it out or you may directly email us at shop.crescendo@crescendo.ph. When sending your claim via e-mail, please attach a photo of the receipt and a photo or video of the damaged item. You may be asked to return the product to any Crescendo branch for our quality assurance team to assess the damage so please retain the defective product until the warranty claim is closed. Expect to hear from us within 2-5 business days.
